Here, you’re not just building a career; you’re helping redefine the future of real estate investing.

Product Manager

As a Product Manager at InvestNext, you won’t just help build features—you’ll help build the engine that gets them into the hands of customers. You'll design the systems, processes, and playbooks that keep launches smooth, teams aligned, and our platform evolving quickly.

You’ll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing to turn complex workflows into simple, scalable solutions—and you’ll make sure the handoffs, feedback loops, and success metrics are locked in. If you love making big ideas real, keeping cross-functional chaos at bay, and spotting problems before they land, this is your kind of role.

This is a high-impact opportunity on a small, fast-moving team where you’ll have a direct hand in shaping not just what we build — but how we build it, ship it, and improve it.

Who we are

We’re a remote-first, high-trust team that thrives on autonomy, curiosity, and action. We move quickly but thoughtfully; collaboration here means clear feedback, strong partnerships, and a bias toward solving problems, not sitting in meetings.

Our team is full of sharp, kind, and curious people who care deeply about what we build — and how we build it. We believe the "how" matters: strong operations, clear processes, and a shared ownership mindset help us scale a complex platform without losing momentum.

You don’t need a real estate background to thrive here, but you do need a curiosity for learning. We ask questions, give fast feedback, and believe growth comes from iteration, not perfection. Also important: we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Good energy is a team value, and you’ll hear it in Slack every day.

In this role, you will

  • Be the operational backbone of the product: coordinate details, untangle blockers, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Spot roadblocks before they happen, and create smooth, repeatable processes to keep Engineering, CX, and Product teams aligned and effective
  • Organize internal feature requests, prioritize in collaboration with stakeholders, and align to what matters most; balance urgency, impact, and team bandwidth
  • Build the playbooks, systems, and workflows that keep product launches moving — from beta to GA and beyond
  • Lead operational readiness for launches, making sure testing, feedback, customer communication, and adoption plans are locked in and executed
  • Own the post-launch process: track success, gather feedback, prioritize fixes, and know when to keep improving vs moving on
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting and refining how we work, always looking for smarter, faster ways to ship value to customers
  • Stay close to customers: gather feedback, spot patterns, and bring real-world insights back to the Product team

If you’re right for this role, you

  • Have 3 – 5 years of experience in product management or a similar operational/product-focused role at a software company
  • Love building systems, fixing broken processes, and creating structure where there was none
  • Know how to balance customer needs, product vision, and operational realities without getting stuck chasing perfect data
  • Are comfortable owning cross-team coordination, keeping everyone aligned, on track, and moving fast
  • Have a knack for digging into problems and finding the root cause — not just patching symptoms
  • Know when to lean on data, and when to trust process, feedback, and judgment
